These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software products and services provided through ahuange.com,and any future tools we may publish (the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual developer (referred to here as "we", "us", or "our").

This document explains the terms in plain language. It is not legal advice and does not create obligations beyond what applicable law requires. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on the number of devices you have paid for (typically one device per license).

• Free version: Some of our tools offer a free version with functional limits (e.g., file size, batch count, or feature restrictions). The free version may be used without payment for as long as it is available.
• Paid version (Pro / Lifetime): A paid license unlocks the full features of a tool. Unless otherwise stated, paid licenses are lifetime licenses — meaning you may continue using the version you purchased for as long as it remains functional on your system, without recurring fees. "Lifetime" refers to the useful life of the software version you purchased; it is not a guarantee of perpetual updates or indefinite compatibility with future operating systems.
• Machine binding: A paid license is bound to a single machine using a hardware fingerprint (see our Privacy Policy). Once a license is generated for your order, it cannot be revoked or cancelled, regardless of whether it has been activated on any device. Once an activation file has been generated for your license, the binding cannot be transferred to another device. If your personal computer undergoes a hardware change that causes the machine ID to change, you may contact us to request a new activation; we will evaluate each request individually and reserve the right to refuse.
• Personal license only: All licenses are issued to you as an individual person, not to a company, team, or organization. You may not share, pool, or use a personal license to provide the software to multiple users within an organization.
• Not transferable: You may not resell, sub-license, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the license to another person or organization.

2. Payment, Orders, and Refunds

• Payment processing: All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, acting as the Merchant of Record. Waffo handles payment, tax compliance, and order records under its own terms. We do not collect or store payment card information.
• Taxes: Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are determined and collected by Waffo as part of the checkout process. We are not responsible for tax calculations or remittances performed by Waffo.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed at the time of purchase in the currency and region applicable to you. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect licenses you have already purchased.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchase.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in license suspension until the dispute is resolved.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Distribute, republish, or make the software available for download by others, whether or not for a fee.
• Bypass, remove, or tamper with license verification, hardware fingerprinting, or other protective mechanisms.
• Use the software for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the software to process data you do not have the right to access or process.
• Use the software in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair the Service or any third-party system.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, including its design, code, interfaces, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 1 is a license of use, not a transfer of ownership.

Third-party trademarks, service marks, and product names appearing in the software or on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. References to operating systems, file formats, or other products do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. Third-Party Components

The software includes third-party open-source libraries and components, each governed by its own license terms. We make reasonable efforts to review these components, but we do not guarantee their behavior or suitability for your use case. Some components may perform network operations (such as version checks). You may block network access using your system's firewall or similar tools, but this may affect paid feature activation.

This software relies on Microsoft Runtime for local interface rendering. If your device does not have this component installed, the software will prompt you to download it during the first run.This download only retrieves Microsoft system components and does not involve user data transmission.You can cancel the download by clicking the close button in the upper right corner of the progress bar, but the software will not display the interface properly after cancellation.If you do not wish for automatic download, please visit the Microsoft official website download center to manually install it before using this software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without any warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The software will meet your requirements or operate without errors or interruptions.
• The software will be compatible with all current or future operating systems or third-party software.
• The software will produce output that is accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.
• Defects or security vulnerabilities will be corrected.

You are solely responsible for backing up your files and for verifying the output of the software before relying on it. We strongly recommend testing on sample data before processing important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We (and any individuals associated with the Service) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Service.
• Free version: We have no liability for the free version of the software. The free version is provided at no cost, on an "as is" basis, and we are not obligated to provide any support, refund, or compensation for it under any circumstances.
• Paid version: For paid licenses, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the software. We are not obligated to provide any refund, credit, or compensation beyond this amount.
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case those limitations do not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

Service changes: We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service (or any feature of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to continue maintaining or supporting any particular version of the software, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current operating systems for as long as feasible.

Terms changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., by email or a notice on the website) in advance of the changes taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
